Cancellation and Return Policy


Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction, production- and service-related problems you may experience with the products you purchase are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.

You can find below the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster regarding product returns; if any of these conditions are not met, product returns are not accepted.


REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN

    1. Return of the used or damaged products is not accepted.

    2. The product to be returned must be delivered within 30 days, complete and undamaged as original, together with its box, packaging, and standard accessories.


  2. DELIVERY NOTE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

    1. Delivery note and/or invoice of the product to be returned must be sent for the return process.


OTHER CONDITIONS and INFORMATION ON RETURNED CARGO PRICES

  1. If the product/products you want to return are defective and they are sent with our contracted cargo company, the cargo fee shall be paid by our company.

  2. If the products delivered to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in conformity with the return conditions, the refund of the product prices shall be processed on the day we receive the product. The time for the refund to be deposited in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are deposited into the account within 7 days.


SENDING OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the contracted cargo companies. Products returned by any company other than the contracted

cargo company and transportation costs of the same shall not be accepted. General return conditions are as follows;

  • The product must be returned with its original box or packaging.

  • Return of products whose original box/packaging is damaged (e.g., products with a shipping label affixed on the original box and taped with shipping duct tape are not accepted), which have lost their re-saleability feature, and which cannot be purchased by another customer shall not be accepted.

  • You must send the original delivery note and/or invoice (all copies you have) and a petition including the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.

  • If the product/products you want to return are defective, the cargo fee shall be paid by our company. In this case, you have to send the product through the contracted cargo company. Otherwise, the cargo fee shall be paid by you.


CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Dear customers, you can cancel your wrong or withdrawn orders in the period from the date you place the order to the delivery date of the product. In case of a cancellation request, if you cancel before the product is shipped, the entire fee shall be refunded to you. However, sometimes there is a possibility that the product has been shipped when your cancellation request arrives. If the product has been shipped, the product price shall be refunded, but the delivery fees, such as shipping fees, etc., shall be deducted accordingly. If you want to cancel your order, the product price will be refunded to you within 14 days at the latest by the method you used for payment. In cancellation of orders, the amounts paid through the Iyzico secure payment system are returned to the relevant bank within 1-3 days if you paid with a credit card and within 7-14 days if you paid with a debit card. These amounts refunded to the credit card will be deposited in your account by the bank; since the period of depositing this amount in your account after the refund of this amount to the bank is completely related to the bank transaction process, we will not be responsible for possible delays.


Dear customers, you can have your wrong or withdrawn orders canceled. Sometimes e-mails are checked late due to the intensity. However, sometimes there is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the same method you made the payment. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee(s) shall be deducted, and the remaining amount shall be refunded.
